What is the preferred debugging tool used for your PHP and Drupal Sites?

I am using Dreamweaver CS5 when writing PHP...it works alright for syntax errors, code-hinting, and code completion, but I am looking for an IDE that provides line by line debugging with breakpoints, and a "USER-FRIENDLY" set-up if possible. I notice that some of the recommended tools online require multiple plug-ins, etc. to get a fully-functioning debugger, and I would prefer to stay away from that if possible.

I would love to hear what group members are using, and I plan on being at the meeting on Thurs, so if anyone can demonstrate the features of their IDE after the meeting, etc. that would be great!!

Zend Studio and Aptana are good if you're looking for local debugging. I don't know if it has local debugging, but I used Komodo a long time ago and liked it. All of them have free trials so it might be best to try them out and see what you like.

I'm not using a IDE and I've thought about trying one out. I would love to hear more about how they improve your development workflow.
