I've noticed a long-term problem with polls on Groups. Once a poll is created, it can not be edited or recategorized in any way or the data for that poll is completely lost. I take personal responsibility for messing up this poll on the NYC site:( I simply wanted to make it a featured post, so I added it to the featured category and hit save. To my dismay all the data in the poll vanished. Can anyone tell me what is going on here?

This is a very old data loss bug in the core poll.module:

It's just recently been fixed in D5, though I don't think Moshe has had a chance to upgrade g.d.o yet.

Cannot add new choices
Hi all,
I've been hosting a site on drupal 6 and the polls have been working well. Recently when i want to add a new choice it gives me this error:
"An error occurred.
/poll/js
(no information available)."
I did not do anything with the poll module, what happened? Solution?

I actually saw several inquiries like mweshy's prob about the poll and those were dated so long ago but no one seems to care. I wonder what this people did to solve this problem as I'm having the same problem as well... Guys, please spare some of your time to answer this poll questions. That would be appreciated by Drupal noobs like me.
