For any interested UK parties, I've just created a Drupal group on Communities of Practice, a public sector social site run by the Local Government Improvement and Development (formerly IDeA, see Wikipedia) branch of the Local Government Association for general Drupal advocacy and support. Please feel free to join and participate. The site is also a great social hub for various other areas of UK local and national government in general.
