Admin theme is broke up when server side error in content creation in openpublish 2.3

Hi,

I am using openpublish 2.3. and I created a subtheme of openpublish and admin default theme is rubik. Everything is working properly, but when I create a content with some wrong or empty entries then content form is return with some errors and now theme is openpublish_subtheme not rubik and page UI is broked up.
I went to admin/settings/admin/theme there is an option of content editing which is checked.
Any Idea or help is much appreciated.

I could not solve it using admin setting. thats y I have to create a module.
