I'd be interested to hear about any city or county government that are ready to roll with a cloud based implementation of OpenPublic/Drupal because we want to help 10 cities get live in the next 16 weeks.
My company (Firmstep) will be able to announce a new city government website live on Drupal next week, and really expect us to be the first to implement OpenPublic at the city level. As soon as the beta is available we'll be looking to incorporate our features into a hosted version focused at the municipal level government - based on our experience of working with a third of UK city governments.
