btw, Drupal Solr Nutch now easy
a missing element of my project and presentation was Nutch > Solr > Drupal integration. I assumed I'd be able to get it working in the time I had, I was wrong
but, now, thanks to Chris McCafferty at the Institute of Advanced Studies at Princeton,
a new sandbox project has been added which provides basic integration
