Name in the Quiz result

Hi,
I am using the quiz module for online exam.I have created the 10 users using the User settings.
Now i want to customize the quiz results.So where do i find the quiz results in quiz module?

I am not sure what customization you are referring here. Quiz module counts on theme functions and template files that helps to override default output. See quiz/question_types/multichoice/theme for instance.
