I have created a view in Views 2 as an attachment, I don't want to show the first item. Is this possible?
My use case is the home page of http://www.millwoodonline.co.uk (sorry about the theme, it's a rough draft)

Suppose I have 25 nodes, paged for 5 nodes per page.
the first node on the page will have teaser and some other details (page display)
the next 4 nodes will only have titles (attachment display, attached to page display)
Can we have paging so that on page 2, the one with teaser will be the 6th node, and the next 4 will be the 7th-10th node.
Is this possible?
