Trying to set up with no luck so far

I do not know what I am missing, but this is what I have done:
Set file-system to S3, filled out my access cridentials en added a node. I see the video appear in the bucket, but the sourcecode still points to the local file. When I check the option to delete the local file, nothing is played for it is not found on the server.
What am I doing wrong, can you help me out. I followed the exact instructions and I see that on the site video,heidisoft,com the source of the video is heidisoft.drupal.video.s3....

Als with Zencoder, everything done as it should be (??) but no result, the video is transcoded, but in a /converted subfolder on S3, but HOW do I accomplish that the url in the node is pointing to the amazon S3 bucket/file??
