I'm getting good at trashing my openscholar site :-(

Sequence of event so far:

Upgraded from stock openscholar 2.0 beta9 to openscholar 2.0 beta10 + pressflow 6.19.96.

Hosed prof site by adding inappropriate vsite domain

Fixed vsite problem by deleting entries from spaces_settings and purl tables using PMA.

Flushed the drupal caches

Have lost site content from the head and side bars of the site, including the primary menu, prof picture and info, etc.

Did you run any update.php

Did you run any update.php after you upgraded? Next I would make sure that all of your features are reverted to their original state (remove and overrides). Easiest way is with "drush fra" or you can got to "admin/build/features" and individually remove overrides.

That's what I would try first.

Restored from backup

Luckily I had a current backup of the site. Restoring that got things working again.

Save in control panel

I've had problems with this as well, which update.php has not helped. Saving the menu/theme in the Control Panel (of each vsite) seemed to have taken care of it.
