Similar use fields for person nodetype in Storm

I'm using Formfilter and Formfilter UI (awesome way to turn off fields that I don't need, like Price mode, Price, Billable and Billed).

And I'm trying to figure out what to do about what seems to be duplicate fields.
- Storm creates a Fullname field that seems to be the same thing as the default node title field for nodetype of Person.
- Plus there is the connection to the User (different, but similar)

Can somebody outline how they use the fullname AND the title field so that it makes sense for the process of creating and maintaining a person record?
- Is there a reason why turning off the Fullname field would break any Storm functionality?
