Why are the install instructions so bad?

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

OK I think I got everything set, although I'm not sure if users are syncing, and also, why don't the instuctions include how to actually integrate/link to the forum? Isn't that kind of the point of the whole thing?

Anyone help me out please?

Thematic integration, actually no, that's very explicitly not the point of this module.

You can link any way you like, adding a link in Drupal's menu system seems like the obvious choice.

Actually, I too expected the module to do the thematic integration. Only after some meddling with it I came to understand I have to do it manually. Jawadams, see this topic. I can help if you still need it.

Arkepp, perhaps you could write some short info about this to the install instructions? Even saying the module won't do this and you have to do it manually would safe some people a lot of time. "Both Drupal and Forum still act as separate pages. If you want them to look identically, you need to change the templates and .css files manually. You may consider writing a code for a menu to overal_header.tpl in the PHPbb styles. Here is an example". Or something like that.

It's a minor thing but eg. I spend a few hours trying to figure out how to activate a feature that wasn't there.

Anyway, thanks for your module. It's great ;)
