I've seen multiple threads on a possible meet up in the Roanoke/Southwest VA area and I think instead of talking about it, I'm going to just see what kind of attention I can get by setting a date and a place.
If anyone is interested I'd like to meet somewhere in Roanoke(I'm not familiar with Roanoke so someone else can suggest the place), preferably a place that serves alcohol and has wifi. The alcohol part isn't required but the wifi definitely is in case we want to show examples. I'm going to say tenatively we'll try and do this on Thursday June 9th @ 7:00pm. If there any other ideas, I'll be glad to update this idea just feel like we'd be better off starting with an actual idea in mind!

We have had small meetups in Galax. I'd like to get something rolling. Attention is fragmented but may coalesce around some upgrades to D7. Hard to find the motivation to make the trek to either Blacksburg or Roanoke for an evening meeting.
