Views to display a map of nodes based on a linestring

I'm using Geofield and OpenLayers to record 'paths' resulting in a field containing multiple co-ordinates.

Using Views, is it possible to display a map with a tag for each node? The first co-ordinates for each node would be fine.

Any help appreciated, thanks.
