scores with scale function

Hi everyone

I am currently working on a project to improve e-learning in Vietnamees schools. I'm working for a belgian organisation called VVOB. I have to implement some kind of self evaluation test on the website. This could work with de scale functionality but the problem is that you can't assign scores to the scales.
for example: Strongly disagree should have a score of 0, Neither agree or disagree should have a score of 0.5 while Strongly Agree should have a perfect score of 1.

Is there a possibility to implement this type of score functionality in the scale function?
