Hi Everyone,

I could use a hand with the logistics of the meetup we have scheduled for 6/8. I called the Pok Library today to confirm and found out we do NOT have a room. I've tried an alternative date and the Hyde Park Library but have not be successful at finding an alternative venue. I'm also really busy with Drupal projects under deadlines.

Does anyone have ideas and time to find and book us into another venue for 6/8???

Room Reserved at Marist

Vonn,

I reserved the Ulrich Room(113) in the Dyson Center at Marist College for 6/8 from 6pm-8pm.

Parking is available in Lot #14, adjacent to the Dyson Center building - http://www.marist.edu/security/pdfs/parkingmap.pdf

Due to on going construction on Rt. 9 and campus entrances I recommend all members utilize the North Entrance across from McDonald's. Turn into the North Entrance then turn left and follow the road until you see Parking Lot #14 on both the left and right hand side of the road. The Dyson Center is a brick building and the Ulrich Room(113) is located on the 1st floor.

Internet Access will be available. I will post the Event Account credentials on Wednesday prior to the event. Those wishing to have Internet Access will need to download our VPN client prior to arriving on campus. Further instructions will be posted as well.

Please let me know if you need any further information at this time.

Hooray! Thanks Tim.

I volunteered to do a brief talk on Drupal Taxonomy for this meetup. Do you know if there is a projector available that will work w/ my Macbook? If not, let me know & I can try and borrow one.
