This course is designed for people who need to manage internal information in companies or organisations and are looking for a solution that is robust, easy to use for staff and easy to configure for administrators.
Participants are not expected to have any specific computing skills, familiarity with using web applications like GMail or Facebook will be enough to understand the course. Participants who do have advanced computing skills can get insights on advanced configuration options.

* Create multiple independent spaces by dividing your staff in groups, with people belonging to one or more groups.
* Manage users, passwords and access policies on the system.
* Learn the Open Atrium philosophy and how the functionality can be extended if you have non-standard requirements.
The course is hands-on: through guided examples and simple exercises, we will simulate real-life usage of Open Atrium and its features.

What do I need to bring?
