i am new here on drupal and as you know i am a pakistani i want to be the best in the world to show the great face of pakistani to the world to become the professional as the height of mount everest.
please give me your kind suggestions.
i don't have any programming background.
but i want to make my future in programming.

New on Drupal?
Dear friend, hope you're well.
It was nice that you want to become a IT professional and take steps further.
I suggest that you review the PHP Manual on php.net and read PHP Tutorials. Then make some basic application just to get some hands on experience in PHP, such as a User Login and Management system. See some opensource and already available projects on the internet and study the code and understand how they're doing it.
Once you feel you're okay in PHP, then study Drupal through drupal.org cookbook and documentations available on their Drupal.org site.
In order to become "something" in Drupal, it will require Lots of Studying along with Practice, so never be scared of Studying (but don't study so much that we never get a chance to practice what we have studied). In brief, take tasks according to priorities and study what is related to the tasks. (Just a tip: Time management is necessary in order to groom one's self, so you should allocate some time for your self-grooming for studying drupal and other technical stuff to keep yourself updated).
The other suggestion is that you do some internship and work in some organization that works in good and strong Drupal apps and/or other opensource technologies of PHP as well. Hope this helps.
