I am greatly surprised and encouraged by the response. I would like to get some Drupal-specific events going throughout the state so we can meet others working with Drupal. I think there should be some meetings where people can participate remotely just so that everyone has a chance to meet in-person. But we could also have posts about our Drupal activities or other ways of communicating with each other. Does anyone have any suggestions? Mini-meet at Santa Fe Software Developers (6/22)?
Hi folks...
I'm hoping we might gather a few of the Santa Fe area folks at next Wednesday's software meetup (http://www.sfdev.org/events/19989961/?eventId=19989961&action=detail) to begin getting a sense of interests and preferred timing.
I'm also glad to help coordinate & promote activities in Abq, Santa Fe and northern NM.
