Is there a page wiki or otherwise that lists all of the external websites dedicated to Drupal groups. It would be nearly identical to
http://drupal.org/language-specific-communities
or
http://drupal.org/project/l10n_server
but for all external sites, for example L.A Drupal (http://ladrupal.org)?

Drupal local groups directory
There is now a recently created Drupal local groups directory, a wiki page. I think it's pretty complete, at least for local groups at groups.drupal.org. External sites outside groups.drupal.org are between parentheses.
