Desk space available in NY (Chelsea)

I hope I'm posting this message in the appropriate category/group. My name is Aurelien, I am a freelance web project manager, and I'd like to share my office space with a Drupal web developer, as I have a desk available and recently got a couple of Drupal websites to produce. So ideally, I am looking for someone I could work with from time to time, and maybe partner with in the future. The space is located on 25th st. between 6th and 7th Ave (Chelsea/Flatiron) in New York. Nearby trains A, C, E, 1, 2, F, M, N, R & PATH.

There is 1 desk available for rental in a semi-private windowed office with 2 desks, which is part of a larger loft-like space shared with 3 other companies. But if you'd like to barter services, I am open for discussion.
