At my wit's end with what to do with some Natomas office space I'm on the hook for and I find myself in-between ventures. I am investigating the feasibility of turning my space into co-working, desk rental-type space but I'm not all that familiar with the Sacramento market for such a facility. I've got plenty of furnished space, can turn up the bandwidth to just about any level, I'm right on the levee for cyclists or runners (showers/lockers in the building). I hope I'm posting this message in the appropriate category/group. My name is Aurelien, I am a freelance web project manager, and I'd like to share my office space with a Drupal web developer, as I have a desk available and recently got a couple of Drupal websites to produce. So ideally, I am looking for someone I could work with from time to time, and maybe partner with in the future. The space is located on 25th st. between 6th and 7th Ave (Chelsea/Flatiron) in New York. Nearby trains A, C, E, 1, 2, F, M, N, R & PATH.

Today I had a meeting about the old Algebar space above Fremeaus Jewelers and it has two spaces. One that is cheaper that we could grow into, the other is more expensive but has glorious floor to ceiling windows wrapping two of flour walls looking out onto church street. I'm reaching out to the Laboratory B folks who are looking for a new hackspace. Who else is interested? If you aren't familiar with co-working spaces they are a cheap way to work in an awesome area with rad people. Small companies and individual feelancers please inquire :).
