Question about appropriateness of Drupal Camp for Non-techies

Hi all. This is going to be my first Drupal Camp experience. Yesterday I was at one of my nonprofit clients where there are a number of staff people and Americorp Vistas that I have set up with Drupal sites for projects and programs. I told them about Drupal camp and they were enthusiastic about attending. However, on looking at the agenda, I'm second guessing my advice. I want to make sure it's not going to be over their heads.

So, my question:

Is the beginner track appropriate for non-technical Drupal users , such as those who administer Drupal sites? Or is it really geared towards technies who are first getting into advanced concepts.

Looking at the beginner track, it's hard to tell. If the CCK/Views session is all about configuration, arguments, filters -- then it's right for them. If it's an introduction to using php to enhance or modify views and cck then it's not.

Same with theming. It can be beginner theming, like what you can touch and what you can't, or more advanced stuff, like using php in template.php.

So should I be advising these non-techie, site administrator folks to attend or not?

thanks,
Sam
