I definitely tried to make it work, but unfortunately another conference interfered (RIRI). Looks like you're one of the few maritimers (if not only) there, so make the best of it for us! :)
Three days of Drupal and one
Three days of Drupal and one party later I am officially pooped!!! It was a great experience and apparently the sessions are already posted. Angie Byron is a great motivator, her session has inspired me to try to actively contribute to the Drupal Community :)

I'm on PEI now and will be until this weekend. After that, I'll be back in mid-October I believe. At this point I would be interested in some more general "web framework" meetups, which may or may not involve Drupal at all, but at the very least it's a common base to compare against.

I'd be interested in a meetup in mapping with opendata (or data visualization in general, using things such as d3.js), node.js, Sass/Compass, and of course Drupal. I could also be convinced to attend a Django meetup.

We missed the summer meeting this year. Is anybody else interested in planning a get-together?
I don't want to say Drupal is my only interest but it is certainly my main focus right now. I should have enough information to give a talk on Montreal Drupal Camp. And as Angie pointed out in her talk -- don't wait until you know everything to contribute because that just isn't going to happen :)
