Hi everyone,
I've now spent hours to make the D6 work with zencoder and S3, without any success!
I get "Video submission queued for transfer to your Amazon S3 server. Will be there shortly." every time I upload new video, but it never uploads to S3.
Does anyone know what's wrong?
I can send admin-login if you want to look and the configurations.

You need to create a "bucket"
You need to create a "bucket" on s3 and generate permissions and policies for it from within the s3 interface.
