THIS WEEK ONLY, we're inviting session proposals at http://drupalcampwny.org/ -- please paste your nice words together like the first batch of proposals http://drupalcampwny.org/program/sessions/proposed
We're inviting session proposals of ALL levels! And please, if you have more than one topic to speak on, create more than one proposal. It's a great way to turn some topics into panel discussions... if we don't know about each others' interests, we can't possibly collaborate. Get in there!

Hey! A few more spots left!
We have some late responses from Featured Speakers, so until we have those nailed down THE SESSION PROPOSALS ARE STILL OPEN!!!
To make it super-easy -- and who doesn't like super-easy? -- there are several "prewrapped" session proposals that you can snatch up for your very own! What's that? You know about even cooler stuff?? Impossible. Prove it!! http://drupalcampwny.org/program/sessions/proposed
Seriously though, session proposals really will close soon -- it's a party! And did you hear the one about the taco truck? http://drupalcampwny.org/news/woohoo-tacos-everybody
Training Drupal Clients
If no one has taken the Training Drupal Clients session, I would be more than happy to present this.
Done!
Thanks, Darla -- You are totally on to present that session!
Excellent. . . .
That sounds like a great match. You're already in the "Accepted Sessions" list.
Thank you Darla!

Sorry to be dragging my feet on this. I've got two ideas... which would be considered more useful?
Other People's Drupal - Working on Sites you Didn't Make
You've agreed to modify, troubleshoot or update an existing site that you didn't make, with modules you're not familiar with, with site architecture strange and alien to your ways. This will help you to get a handle on how to cope with being late to the party. Focused on jobs where you do not have the time/funding/permission to re-architect the site, so you're modifying with in-place installations without breaking them.
No, Seriously, I'm Just Getting Started With Drupal
Very basic intro. Possibly a bit remedial for our audience? Topics would include:
Well, I really AM just getting started with Drupal...
...so the idea of a presentation on that topic would not be remedial from my point of view! I am (presumably) the newest member of this group, and apart from monkeying around with Aquia's DAMP stack and ordering "The Definitive Guide to Drupal 7," I am a brand-newbie.
So: teach me your ways!
Jon -- You are totally guilty
Jon -- You are totally guilty of dragging your feet. For shame, old man. For shame. :)
I'd say both would be great. You should get these in the proposal queue. I don't recall other proposals like them, but please take a moment to read the other Accepted sessions and identify Proposed sessions that don't have a presenter that could be removed.
We should perhaps post an Actual Discussion on the subject, but the number of Beginner sessions maybe points to Friday being a "Zero to Drupal" day and Saturday being about more in-depth technical topics & been-around-the-block-business-y stuff. I really haven't had time to put that much thought into that yet. If you have experience in this area of scheduling and plan on being there for both days, please volunteer to consult!!!
The final list of sessions is up at drupalcampwny.org. . . .
Have you had a chance to pore over them and schedule your days, Michael?
If you still need something more specific to your needs, just create a BoF session once you're there in person.
I hope this helps--thanks for registering and see you next week.
Well I'm only proposing to do
Well I'm only proposing to do one of them. I don't want to put one in the queue and then yank it out.
(Edit: I'm too old to thread my messages properly.)
Right on.
Okay, so I'd do the presentation I feel more comfortable on. The "here's a checklist to taking over somebody else's site and not rearchitecting the whole shebang" def sounds interesting to ME, but Michael's comments point to the fact that somebody should be doing a "Drupal Bootcamp" session or two. Nobody can decide but you, JD!
It's in the queue.
