Beta release for dRealty IDX now available on the dRealty IDX project page, complete re-write with new features and enhancements!

Features / Enhancements / etc.

  • Field-able Listing Entities
  • Views Integration ( fields / relationships / custom fields )
  • CTools Integration ( exportable / importable / context )
  • Panels Integration ( arguments / contexts )
  • Search API Integration
  • Performance Enhancements
  • Geocode Integration
  • Setup multiple connections
  • Multiple resource types (Property|Open Houses|Agents|Offices) [Provided that these are present in your RETS Feed]
  • Uses Troy Davisson's PHRETS

** currently not working for Interealty Servers until i can address their lack of support for the RETS Offset feature **

This is the initial beta release. Keep in mind that there are and will be bugs. I'd like to fill up the issue queue with any bugs that are found and any feature requests that you guys would like to see so that WE can work towards a stable release.

I'm open to any and all comments, feedback!

This is leaps and bounds beyond anything I have seen for Drupal in the way of RETS. It is feature-rich, it utilizes some of Drupal's more popular third-party module APIs and general best practices, and it just worked without any finagling, which is a first among every other CMS + RETS integration I've tried. Looking forward to testing more to determine if this is something I can use long term, and so far it is looking good. If anyone is still paying any attention to this group, let go of any past impressions you may have had with Drupal+RETS and try dRealty.

Thanks webvant, there is still quite a bit of work left to do, and i'm still looking for people to test, report bugs, and suggest features! I feel that the more eyes we can get on this project the better it will be for all!

phRETS

Hy webavant,
Two questions: "
1-i am having problems with the phRETS library. I am using bluehost and i made a copy of the phRETS library in the libraries file of the module. But it still marking that it doesnt find the library. Wher should i install it?
2-On general settings, there is a message that tellme that "This connection does not appear to have the Office Resource Type configured. Configure it here.", and when i click "here", trhe result is a http error (internal server #500)

@nestorius: The real estate group is not really the correct place to ask for support, head over to the Project page here and file an issue. Additionally, Drealty is not supported in a shared hosting environment, which from what i can tell, bluehost is.

If you read the INSTALL.txt file i'm fairly certain that it explains that the phRETS.php file should go in a folder named phRets under /sites/all/libraries; so the whole path should look like: /sites/all/libraries/phRets/phRets.php.

as for #2, the office type is a message that explains that in order to configure a default office you need to setup the office resource type configured, additionally, in order to do that you need the phRets library properly installed, which is why you are getting the 500 error or a WSOD.

i have a problem regarding the missing mls properties..... i configured the drealty as it is on the tutorial video.

previously had the issue with duplication some how i overridden with custom code, but this is different even the phrets from github is not working, please help me with this.
