Sorry if this has already been discussed.
I have a website that would like to display RSS feeds, but the feeds are actually audio and video. I would like to aggregate the data and display the video, so a user would come to the site and see all the video's or audio and be able to just start the video or audio.
I would really like this to be able to be updated via a cron job or some other automated way. I have looked into linking the videos from the url. But this won't work as the people that would update the site know nothing about web design. So keeping everything really simple is of the utmost importance.

The video feeds can definitely be done using emfield (emvideo really), feedapi, and the feedapi mapper.
You can see an example of this on our site: http://zivtech.com/videos/drupal-video-planet
Instructions can be found on drupal.org: http://drupal.org/node/246265
A screencast by Drupal Therapy is also available: http://www.drupaltherapy.com/node/34
The audio feeds should work in the exact same way using emaudio.

Awesome!
Thanks for posting this information. I thought I was going to have to build a module to do this. But this will save me some time...
Thanks!
