Omega Content Region does not show

Events happening in the community are now at Drupal community events on www.drupal.org.

I have just upgraded form D6 to D7. Fresh Upgrade.

I installed Omega + add a new SubTheme (using Omega Tool automated subtheme created). I enabled it from the Appearance tab.

However the content region does not show. I am totally puzzled. I have attached a screen shot from my firebug. However, you guys can help me out here.

Is your "Main content" core

Is your "Main content" core block assigned to the Content region?
