The New York Times just ran 2 interesting articles on time banking a few days ago. They appeared in their regular Friday's Fixes column and focus on how health care providers are using time banking:

Hour Exchange Portland, hOurworld.org software
HEP is one of the oldest TBs in USA- I like their software (hOurworld.org)because it tells who else in the system offers what you are needing (or needs what you are offering) and lists their email and ph numbers right there, eliminating the extra step of going back to the software program as is necessary in CW.
I'm just now starting a new TB in Alaska, after running one in VT (using CW1).
I think software usability and speed is paramont to making it really work for folks.
CW2 doesn't seem to have phone numbers or emails listed. If some folks dont' want that information given out, they shoudl have that option, but for most people joining a TB, we are Seeking connection and trust and want ease of use above all.
