An Excellent effort by Drupal Hyderabad to take DrupalCampDeccan to the next level by meeting different stakeholders in Drupal and understand their requirements. The initiative is intended to then Align DrupalCampDeccan around these needs and requirements. They have also extended the same to Chennai, Bangalore and Cochin.

At Chennai we wish to organise a meet this weekend. The objective of this meet would be to focus on DrupalCampDeccan and see how Drupal Chennai can participate in the same. Agenda would be to decide a plan to work on the below items:
- Create a Structure to the Drupal Chennai participation
- Spreading the word to different Colleges, Institutions and Drupal Enthusiats.
- Identify interested community
- Synchronize & Plan Logistics and Accomodation
- Plan Sessions and & Training that the Chennai Community can participate in
