I am having Problems with installing Nivo Slider or does anyone know any other Picture Slider

After installing cck, views and views_nivo_slider (and not nivo_slider module) modules take the following steps
1. Create a content type (let's call Slides). add a cck imagefield to Slides
2. Create a 'views' (call it nivo). in the Default settings make the following changes
Basic Settings
a. Style: Views Nivo Slider
b. Row style: Fields
c. Items to display: Unlimited
d. Distinct: Yes
Fields
Set the field to the image cck field you created for Slides Content Type.
Filters
a. Node: Published = Yes
b. Node: Type = Page
3. Create a 'Block' display for the view you created and save
4. go to admin/build/block, you should see the block you created for your views here (it should be named 'nivo: Block'), move it from 'Disabled' section to the region u want to put it
5. now create some nodes for the Slides content type. make sure all ur images have the same dimensions or use imagecache to set it.

There are some minor tweaks, but this should do the trick.
