In a field display read more link, I want to replace the text 'Read more' with 'Click here to read more (double right quote)'. Entering » simply results in » being displayed. Is there a simple way around this? I am using an Omega sub-theme.

Hrm, the text is santized through check_plain(), that's why it's probably changed to the html entity version. Is this D6 or D7. Existing field or a custom field ? In case you'd create a custom field, you can select the format yourself.

I've just tested this in 6.x. Entering a » in the field label for the Read More field produces a ». Entering » into a Code Field also produces a ». I can't get it to produce escaped output.

I entered » into a Word document, then copied and pasted it into the code field. It now works as intended!
I think Display Suite is brilliant. The set of video tutorials helped a great deal.
