Hi,

That sounds like an interesting project - you've got a CTools permissions error on the home page though: "Unable to create CTools CSS cache directory. Check the permissions on your files directory."

Now I'll have a proper look...

Please be careful about posting messages to unrelated groups. This video distribution is not at all related to most of the groups you've posted to, meaning thousands of emails are going out to people who really aren't interested. I'm sure a lot of work went into building Octopus Video, and it will be very useful for some, but spamming groups like this leaves many people with a very bad impression.

Hi there,

Ive seen Octopus and love the look and feel off it, its exactly what i am looking for. I tried to download the zip file and install on my Windows OS, i also build localhost prior to uploading to the webserver. However when i tried to connect the the site http://localhost/Octopus I got a permission denied error. Am i doing something wrong? Id really like to use this site for media!
