Sorry, I was reading several of the conversations and posted this accidentally as a reply to a different question. I would welcome the input of the group.
Can anyone tell me how Storm conceives of the function of this field in a default Storm install? Does this field intend to capture the date a task or project was due? Or, does it intend to capture the date a task or project was actually completed?
If it captures the date a project was due, does storm then "watch" and time-stamp when we select a task/project's "Status" field and label it as "Completed."
Ultimately, I would like to compare the relationship between when tasks/projects were due and when they were actually completed and the question I'm trying to answer is whether or not I need to add a cck date/time field labeled either "Date Due" or "Date Completed" (depending on the answers to my questions in the first paragraph above). If Storm records a date/time stamp when we change the status to "Completed" then maybe I can reference this using Views (haven't tried yet, though).
Thank you in advance for any advice anyone can provide to help me understand Storm's original intent.
Have a great day,
