<shibby> Hello tri-duggers
<SteveCory> Good Afternoon Jason
<shibby> Hi SteveCory how are you?
<SteveCory> okay
<shibby> waiting for my other peeps to get here I guess....
<SteveCory> Peeps are thise marshmellow chicks you eat at Easter time
<shibby> true
<SteveCory> What may have been confusing was that the Meetup stated the IRC Planning Meeting was set for 7:00pm
<shibby> oh really
<shibby> that's not right L(
<SteveCory> http://www.meetup.com/triDUG/events/40478762/?a=md1.2o_grp&rv=md1.2o
<shibby> huh, it must have had a default time, at least i got the title right
<shibby> ok, we'll I kind of had an idea of what's happening
<shibby> GMonroe is home sick today and will not be joining us
<shibby> I just pinged afreeman
<SteveCory> It was my understanding that the November Meeting on the 16th was to be the second part of the Drupal for Non-Profits
<shibby> It is, which I why I was hoping this IRC session would be a quick
<shibby> as I understand, afreeman is going to present part two of SpringBoard
<shibby> and he was checking with some folks over at DesignHammer to see if they wanted to present the "applied" part for non-profits
<juliakm> hey ya'll
<shibby> hi juliakm
<juliakm> afreeman asked if I wanted to present
<juliakm> I'm up for it
<shibby> juliakm: that's great!
* SteveCory give juliakm a high 5
<shibby> Also, Alice from Hesketh offered "if there's anything I can do to support Part 2 of Nonprofits & Drupal, just let me know. As long as it's not too technical"
<juliakm> shibby: I have a standard presentation on stakeholder engagement I can do…or (if I have time) I can put together something new
<shibby> I told her I would mention that
juliakm give SteveCory a high 5
<shibby> it sounds like we have it covered
<SteveCory> We'll be at RedHat?
<shibby> juliakm: with less than a week, I think your standard one could work well
<shibby> SteveCory: that's a topic for today
<shibby> it sounds like we have the presentations covered
<shibby> afreenman, springboard part 2
<juliakm> shibby: oh good. do you want the 15 minute or 45 minute version? :)
<shibby> juliakm: with stakeholder engagement
<juliakm> shibby: yep, the longer one goes into more tech details
<shibby> last time we did two 45-minutes preso's
<juliakm> sounds like the longer one then, cool
<shibby> yep
<shibby> okay, great
<juliakm> I haven't done the presentation for TrDUG yet but I did do it at last year's NCTech4Good presentation. Hopefully there won't be too many people seeing it twice
<shibby> location-wise, hesketh has offered to host
<shibby> so we can have our meeting at Red Hat or at Hesketh
<shibby> I wanted to let you guys (and gals) have some input
<juliakm> shibby: do you know how many people might come? hesketh is awesome but can sometimes be cramped
<SteveCory> Doesn't Red Hat have more room?
<-- bshumate has quit (Read error: Connection reset by peer)
<SteveCory> GMTA julia
<juliakm> :D
<shibby> we already have 6 RSVP
<shibby> and we had about 20 folks last time
<shibby> if you guys help spread the word, Allen and I were guessing about 30 people
<juliakm> that's awesome
<SteveCory> Oh MeetUp.com does quite a bit of spreading the word, more will show up than RSVP usually anyway
<shibby> so it sounds like we should have it at the Red Hat space?
<SteveCory> There were quite a few from Hesketh at the Oct 19th meetup
<shibby> juliakm: do you have a title for your preso
<shibby> or something I can put in the agenda?
<juliakm> shibby: I do…one sec. I also submitted it for DrupalCon so let me use that title
<shibby> and juliakm would you need to go first or second (for any travel related time?)
<juliakm> shibby: first would be great
<juliakm> that's around 7, right?
<shibby> yes
<juliakm> actually, 2nd should be fine too
<shibby> 7pm
<shibby> you pick
<juliakm> let me check with my SO
<shibby> juliakm: OK
<shibby> here is what I have for the agenda
<shibby> 6:30pm Meet & greet + pizza (Bring your own drinks or something to share)
<shibby> 7:00pm Announcements, job postings, need a job, general TriDUG business
<shibby> 7:15pm [INSERT AWESOME DRUPALCON TITLE], Julia Kulla-Mader
<shibby> 8:00pm SpringBoard - A Distribution for non-profits (Part 2), Allen Freeman
<shibby> 8:45pm Wrap-up, Get help with your Drupal issues
<shibby> 9:00pm Beer
<juliakm> not so awesome title =
<juliakm> Effectively Engaging Stakeholders in Your Drupal Website Design and Development Process
<juliakm> but I might change it because it's not that great of a title
<shibby> can I shorten it to this:
<shibby> Effectively Engaging Stakeholders in Your Design Process
<juliakm> shibby: sure thing, wasn't sure if I had to through the word Drupal in there
<juliakm> what about EFFECTIVELY ENGAGING STAKEHOLDERS ON DRUPAL PROJECTS
<juliakm> that's my drupalcon title - http://denver2012.drupal.org/program/sessions/effectively-engaging-stake...
<SteveCory> That's kinda loud :)
<juliakm> not that I'll ever be selected
* juliakm copies, pastes, shouts
<shibby> like it
<shibby> juliakm: I'll make a note in the agenda, that we may flip-flop the times for the 2 presentations
<juliakm> shibby: talked to eric, I can go first or second
<juliakm> it's all good
<shibby> ok, I think we're all set then
<shibby> Thanks everyone! SteveCory juliakm !
<shibby> anything else?
<juliakm> thanks shibby
<SteveCory> Great, have a good evening
<shibby> y'all too
