I am very new to Drupal and been searching some features which i need to be on my site.
1- I have my own database on my site which is mini Apps , its about Indoor sports where i have players,tournaments,matches , i have this site up and running , Now when i came know to Drupal , i am willing to make a site on Drupal , but i am worried how i am gonna show all my existing data in Drupal ,. in SHORT is there any modules which can run my queries and display results in tables, i have also a mode which compares all players performance using information in my data base.
Now apart from my this Indoor Sport feature , let b general , please help me and tell me about some useful modules , and how can i do following
2- Register a new user ( Not by admin ) but admin has to approve the registration.
3- When creating new content entery , the images should be uploaded to my picasa album and link it in the Drupal, also i wish to display existing images on my picasa .
4- Upload videos to my Youtube channel and displaying videos in Drupal .
5- Integrating Facebook page on my site ( activity,allow comments etc)
I am using Drupal 7.9 ( which is latest i guess)

You need several modules for that
The project looks good and very first module you need is "Views" by which u can ccomplish your first task
2.For that you dont need any module u just need to configure user settings.
3.that looks odd I cant understand the advantage of hosting it in Picasa rather than in your own host.
4.there are several modules for that but dont say that you will upload it in drupal and it should be updated in youtube thats not possible at all :)

for #1 , i mean to say that i have my custom website , with custom tables , say in the same database as drupal data,
i have been learning alot and as i know Views only show the contents, nodes,pages and taxonomy related thing then one can filter , in my case my data is differently stored (not by drupal or any drupal module))
but my aim was to create profile pages , currently i am trying http://drupal.org/project/profile2 and then will check http://drupal.org/project/pux
3: I have 5Gb hosting available, for some future perspective i want this , preferable upload to flickr , i found couple of modules but not for 7.x
4: Youtube , i think provide its API which allow to upload video on the user channel , i want that the registered user on drupal site can upload video ,on drupal page, but the video uploaded to the drupal admin chanel(youtube) , is therre any module?

For #3, Picasa - Drupal integration http://drupal.org/project/picasa
4 is possible through Media Mover module (http://drupal.org/project/media_mover), it works in combination with couple of other modules like http://drupal.org/project/media and http://drupal.org/project/media_youtube

4: i have skimmed the Media mover module
there is one media mover to youtube http://drupal.org/project/mm_youtube , it sounds fine but its for drupal 6.x , not drupal 7.x :(
what to do ? i start using drupal 7.9 and i dont want to use older version , because i think 8 is also on the way :)
