At my wit's end with what to do with some Natomas office space I'm on the hook for and I find myself in-between ventures. I am investigating the feasibility of turning my space into co-working, desk rental-type space but I'm not all that familiar with the Sacramento market for such a facility. I've got plenty of furnished space, can turn up the bandwidth to just about any level, I'm right on the levee for cyclists or runners (showers/lockers in the building). Does anyone have any interest or ideas for me? Please comment or send an email to mblakeAT kitebridgeDOT com. Thanks.

I'm not in Sacramento anymore but need to maintain a business presence. I've been looking at the Urban Hive and Regus and UPS Stores and other HQ places. Basically I need an address in Sacramento. For simple mail and having a prestigious address and your suite number on the wall directory, HQ places start at around $55 a month.
UPS Stores and mailbox places are around $20 a month. They are listed as mailbox locations. I'd rather be able to say I have an office and even bring someone there for a meeting (additional fee for conference room time). So I'd be willing to pay $30-$35 a month to let my mail pile up there and get it once in awhile (or pay to have it sent).
There are probably others who want the same.
A mortgage broker friend of mine rented desks out for $125 a month to other brokers and to a lot of Real Estate Brokers.

Thanks Bob. Shoot me an email
Thanks Bob. Shoot me an email if you'd like to discuss this. As long as the mail you'd like to let pile up isn't perishable, I think we can work something out very easily. For $30/month I'll give you a mailing address and weekly emails letting you know what's arrived. I'll open stuff and scan it to you for a couple bucks, too, or send it as you suggest. I am looking at hourly conference room rentals with no commitment similar to what I am seeing elsewhere in Sacramento.
In the interest of keeping this discussion helpful to people looking for this kind of space on groups.drupal, I've also been pointed to Capsity by another user. They seem to offer services similar to what you are looking for. Urban Hive is at 12th and H St. Capcity just moved to 2572 21st St, a couple of blocks off Broadway. My space is on Rosin Ct.
