I added a comment there with my Drupal patch.

Also, looking at the form, I was reminded of the need to add a focus element here, so I created a patch - http://drupal.org/node/418306

It ties into the usability test I did of Drupal here - http://groups.drupal.org/node/20189

Really need to get folks testing some of these patches though - http://drupal.org/node/364629

Or at least giving a +1 to them as important features.
