I've seen the discussion about the Mooha module (Syncing data with a Drupal website and a smartphone, http://groups.drupal.org/node/22253), however I was wondering if anyone here has some insight into being able to sync a user directory and calendar to a person's mobile phone. We have an organizational drupal site that has a user directory and a calendar. I would like users to have the ability to sync that data to their phone using their drupal account credentials.
I'm familiar with Activesync or exchange which are natively supported on android and I think iPhone. However syncML is open so it looks like that's the best option. I am eventually going to open up Mooha's D6 module (we're on D7) and start tinkering around with it but I was hoping to get some feedback first.
