Are you logged in as User 1? (The default user account created while installing Drupal)

Not yet logged in

I actually installed it through an auto installer (softaculous). Am not logged in anyway. I tried to use the admin link but I keep getting "Access Denied". Thanks for responding quickly to this.

Do you have access to the SQL

You either have the wrong password or the data did not get passed to the SQL server.

Do you have access to the SQL control panel. Delete the install with FTP. Go to the SQL control like in cPanel PHPmyAdmin and delete the database there or MySQLAdmin and delete the user and the database. Then re-add a database name and a password in the same place you deleted the database.

Go back to FTP and just copy Drupal back onto the site. Don't use the installer program (softaculous) put everything back up there with ftp. Then type in your URL and the the Drupal Install package will take over. It will prompt you for the password and the database name and your install will go great.
