This is a call for all Drupalers from Hyderabad. Let's have an offline meet.
What can be more exciting than meeting each other, sharing our thoughts and plan for some drupal contribution work. The agenda is open. We'll figure out what to cover/discuss depending upon the interests of attendees.
Can anyone suggest a place where we can arrange the meet? Any volunteers!!
We need to define a place and then a date.

Hi , I am working on drupal in visakhapatnam,
I will attend the meet, I hope the event will be on Sunday, It would be better to keep venue in Vizag.I would like to know improvements in drupal 7. Discuss on the problems faced in drupal.

We meet every month at Krishnakanth Park for our e-Telugu meetings. This park in Yosuf Guda, near Ameerpet.

Depending on how many people convert, we can choose a place. If we are not more than 10 then we can meet at a coffee shop or even in a conference hall of any educational institute/university. This is an informal meeting so we can decide as per convenience. Have a look at this, Organizing meet-ups
As Veeven suggested, we can meet at Krishnakanth Park(Yousufguda) too.
@Veeven: Do you use laptops for presentations? I hope we can have some presentations on drupal too.

Yes, i am okay with Hyderabad central, panjagutta at 5 pm. But if many people are coming from Secunderabad, then we can change the venue.
Let us wait till Thursday before we decide the venue.

There was only one question popped up in my mind....
Did you have consensus on the meets up venue? or still not?
Rather than asking others where to meet, just announce about a place which is located in city, so everyone can attend.
Its never been a good idea to change the venue just for a person b'coz s/he living away from city.

@beautifulmind: I agree. Since we are not sure of how many are going to attend, we just kept the decision of venue on hold. Anyways now it has been decided to be Hyderabad central.

I think the best way to make consensus on a venue is to create a poll having few places.
Arrange the meet at the place, which gets the highest votes.

To make the meeting effective, i would suggest we have an fixed agenda in place.
Any coffee shop would be better but i doubt of them opening so early around at 10 AM on Sat
