Alright, its time to make this happen. We have the A-team assembled, have some decent options for venues/dates, and most of a promotional site design completed. Let's pull the trigger, make a public announcement, and start drafting this proposal.
I propose to meet at Parisoma on Wednesday at 7pm to bring everyone up to speed and have our official kickoff of this proposal process. The agenda for the meeting will be to do some basic introductions, run through what we have so far, and divide into working groups to do some research + get parts of this proposal worked up in the next couple of weeks. Realistically, this proposal can be out the door by first week of May if we do it right.
