The site has some eye cooling effect, probably the colors you used. Congrats.
How did you do that table in this page http://www.safwarace.com/beneficiaries?

By the way, I don't know a single bit of Arabic, so cant read anything.

I took a different track and just looked at your source code. Sorry my Arabic is not good.

Search engines send out spiders and these spiders crawl your site.

A search engines spider is an algorithm. Its basically a set of guidelines and rules. It puts a report card together on your site and your ranking is based on that report card.

If search engine ranking is an important factor for you then i highly recommend you look at your source code and how to improve on strategic and technical issues.

A good rule of thumb is Content is King, Linking (internal & external) is Queen and technical issues are the princes (coding issues etc...).

You'll have a lot of people giving you varying opinions on search engines rules. The reality is they are quite simple, the search engines themselves lay out the rules. For example go here to get some great tips, tools and insight on how Google likes things done.
