users can build a site for thire own by a form without access host and database!!(auto multi_site!!!)

Whether there are modules that allow users to create their own website similar wordpress multi site !

The tool I think you're looking for is called Aegir. It allows users to create a new site with a new clicks and no database config.

Also, http://www.drupalgardens.com offers a similar feature, but sites are limited the modules on that platform (it can't be extended).
