In this project we can create a module so that it will have the following features:
- Project Management (creation of project, project team(drupal users), client Name and time period of projects)
- User type( client, HR, Team Members, project lead)
- On the basis of every project the evaluation will be done.
- Every team member will got some points or ratings.
- Ratings will be from three sides one is from client, second from team mebers and third from management team like project lead.
- Feedback from the client(some evaluation forms)
It is just the demo of idea, i am creating a full template on this project. Is there any project which can do all these things?

Hi Snehi it is a good idea, How ever, I have certain points to make
1. make sure to use field API don't hard code fields
2.Stick to entity API
3.I see that your focus is on evaluating the team member or resource, while it is good idea what is the purpose of it?
4.Make sure you draft a plan which satisfies the Project management tools PMI, and prince2 etc. You may not be able to do it like big bang all at once, but in a piece by piece manner you can do,All the install profiles and modules fail and die because of lack of understanding on this

Yes i will do dynamically it, there will be no hard coding.
Evaluating the team or team member is not the main part of this module.
This particular module will work as a HR management as well. That will be beneficial for organisation, companies and groups of drupal.
For example in a group of drupal we have some projects. With this module, a team leader of mentor can create project, can assign members to that project and can evaluate which member is performing well in the whole team. Similarly there will be another team which is doing some other projects will also be evaluated. But the team which is getting higher rating will be highlighted and all the rating of each members will be shown on the profile page of each drupal users. So that they come to know how much they are doing. Rating will also partitioned into many parts like mentor feedback, self feedback and for companies or groups it will be from other members of a particular team.
What else we can do in it?

On the basis of rating the annual bonus or promotion will be done for companies and for drupal communities they can be assigned as co-owner or co-maintainer of that particular project(drupal).
There are also lots of ideas in this project. But first i want to do it for gsoc 2012. I need one mentor also for this.
Needs to refresh your approach on evaluation
Evaluation of human resources is very sensitive matter and no one likes it, every one has some short comings and every work is a learning process, even the evaluator himself may not be competent enough to evaluate some one. I think your goals on Project management is not what i am expecting.what i am talking is a full fledged project management not limited to HR. Always a projects goal is to get the work done in time and within the budget, and if there are overruns then evaluating the overruns controlling the resources so that we don't overrun, without over utilizing and under utilizing resources....

I am not only planning about HR for this project, HR is just the part of this project, i have said that HR part will also be done. So that admin stuff like creating a new project, getting feedback etc can be done by HR.

What about integrating phproject with drupal? phproject is LGPL licensed, some kind of single sign on and role mapping and .... so on

new module which are not yet developed--I Guess
i want to develop modules which change the localisation of website.so if one wants to change language of his website in future she will just install that module and change the language of her website.that will also help to localisation.
