I am using Drupal 7 and Webform 7x-3.17. I am having a problem with email notifications in the webform. I have setup a form and would like the responses sent to the responsible person. I enter their email address in the E-mail to address box. If I put any address in the box other than mine, the email does not send.
Can anyone help me with this?

I had this issue using godaddy's VPS. If I created a mail server in the domain setup for the domain it would not send to the email address of the domain. We were using google apps for email for that domain.
For example, I setup the domain xyz.com in godaddy and checked the box to setup mail for that domain in godaddy's control panel also. In DNS i had google apps handling mail for xyz.com. The webform could send mail to any address except the domains on the VPS server that had the "setup mail" checked.
I know this is a very specific solution but it haunted me for a while.
