I would like to request ownership of the Real Estate group and remove 'bpocanada' and promote camidoo and myself to owners/admins of the group. We are spearheading development on Drupal solution for real estate management, and would like to reboot and energize the group.
I have sent a contact to bpocanada - he does not look like he has been active since Drupal 5 (2007). Furthermore his website seems like it has not been updated since 2009, I am not even sure he has received my email(s).

Word Press has lots of modules for real estate and Drupal has practically none.

Please try to contact bpocanada on his other account: gloscon (https://drupal.org/user/101303), which saw activity a week ago. I suspect he (Roshan Shah) did something like start the two companies, then let one die, forgetting that it was signed up as the moderator of this group. That's unfortunate, but it could be an honest mistake.
Also: How would a change of moderator reinvigorate the group?

Okay, wasn't aware there were
Okay, wasn't aware there were two accounts. I emailed that one as well. It doesn't look like he has or is active in development of the subject matter of the group, whereas we (camidoo & myself) are actively working on a project.
We think that by having ownership/admin over the group is like a 'new management' sign in a business window. It looks like over the years the group has kind of been random questions, spam, dead projects (d4/d5) and whatnot. We're aiming to change that and attract new developers and others in the market to Drupal for real estate.
