Hi everyone,
I'm a long-time Drupal contributor, training leader for Acquia and a former India resident. I met a bunch of you when I visited with Dries in November.
Well, I'm coming back for the month of April. I'm putting up in NCR with my in-laws, but I'll be traveling around here and there, most likely to Mumbai and Bangalore.
I've got a few agendas to push when I'm there, and I'd love your help to make them happen:

Grow the Drupal community: I'm thinking the best ways to do this are to speak at events, and train local trainers, especially in broad intro-level courses. Anyone interested?

Meet with potential and current Acquia partners: If you want to become an Acquia partner let me know and let's talk about what that entails. Already a partner, let's grab a drink and talk about your business.

Meet contributors: Are you a Drupal contributor looking for some recognition and/or assistance in your projects? Get in touch with me and I'll try to help you with your success. I'd also like to tell your story to inspire others from the sub-continent to get involved.

#3 we are working on in the sandboxes right now. Would soon show some love to D7-D8 issues and reviews too. #2, #1 do not apply at the moment. And I am in Kolkata, which is perhaps the only city worse than NCR during April. BUT would still be great to have you around :-)

We are planning a Meetup in April. We have had few meetups in Bangalore in last few months. The last meetup had 30 Drupalers attending.
Please let us know when you will be in Bangalore, so that we can plan meetup during your visit.

Stop by in Singapore! There's a Drupal meetup 17th April
Hi Jacob!
I'm really thrilled to see continued support from Acquia for Asia.
Following the strong DrupalCamp that we just hosted in March,
there's also now a growing curiosity for Drupal in Singapore and SE Asia.
We have tentatively scheduled the April meetup for 17th or 18th April,
how does that fit with your schedule? We can also be flexible on the timing
and move the meetup to a different day/week.
For the April meetup, we have a speaker who's the former head of Johannesburg drupal
meetup presenting Aegir and there's an open speaking slot you can fill.
If your schedule is tight, we'll do an early afternoon meetup and then you can even
fly out of Singapore the same evening and reach for example
Bangalore before midnight India time the same day :)
Or you can enjoy a few days here - I'm sure there's a few potential
partners that Dries couldn't fit into his meeting schedule when he was here ;)

Speaking of Drupal in SE Asia, it would be really cool to get a few core drupal guys on a "tour" of Drupal communities in SE Asia - perhaps after the first DrupalCon Asia, and combined with a Drupal Resort Code Sprint :)

Just want to inform you that the Ahmedabad City have many company those are using Drupal. If you can visit this city, then i guess many developers will be thank full to you including me :)
