Project Description

The main idea is to create a 247 web answer forum in which students can discuss their technical problems with professionals through a live chat feature as well as traditional question-answer blog-like forum(like Yahoo! Answers). As the time-zones are different throughout the globe, professionals can be online at any point of time based on their time-zone and so utilizing this a 247 online support system gets organised.
The idea of the project is based on the fact that I seldom have some queries while learning something new but don't have any resources to get it solved. Or I need to wait for much time for getting a solution. This project shall provide on-the-spot answers.
Pre-asked queries will also be saved in the database systematically so that the same questions aren't asked too often.
Accounts for students and professionals both shall be made and sharing of various data (for eg. tutorials, lessons, projects, e-books, etc) would also be supported.
Educational organisations would be able to make their own forums and customize them through their developing skills.
Project Time-line
The documentation and research would be expected to complete within the month of April.
Coding and testing would be carried out in May-July with the final deliverables expected to be made before August.
I can provide atleast 40 hours a week of time for the project with proper communication with the mentor.
